The madness seeped from the pores of my soul
I saw the hammer flung high above my head
The roof seemed to cave in even as we ran
Was it a storm, a fire, a tornado, the wind?
No it was the undone feeling of falling
not in love, not in like, not into the hate
distraught by the world above and rage
empty and tasteless rage of society
pained with the fortress of eternity
I saw the world fly by, over her head
A deep breath took me under no sight, only the breeze that struck my hair and the presence of another. It was too late to back down, too late too get out, as the rush devoured my being I sunk, I sunk untill my mind was but a flood, I felt the touch our lips began to swim.
